Careers at REVAÍ
Build something
that moves people.
We're a small team with a big conviction: that great activewear should be for everyone, not just elite athletes. If that sounds like work worth doing, we'd like to hear from you.

People on the team
How we work
Three values.
One way of working.
We keep things flat, honest, and focused. There's no politics and no posturing. Just people who care about making something genuinely good.
Move Together
We work as a team, not in silos. Decisions are made in the open and everyone's perspective counts, regardless of seniority. If you have an opinion, say it. If you disagree, say that too.
Make It Better
Good enough is never the goal. We constantly question whether what we've made can be improved — in fabric, in process, in the way we talk to customers. If you see something that could be better, fix it or flag it.
Own Your Work
We give people real responsibility from day one. There are no approval chains for everything and no one looking over your shoulder. You're trusted to do excellent work and to ask for help when you need it.
Open positions
We're hiring.
Senior Product Designer
Lead the visual and functional design of new product lines — from initial concept sketches through to production-ready tech packs. You'll work directly with Tobias on fabric development and with Sofie on brand direction. Strong portfolio in apparel or industrial design required. Experience with technical drawing software (CLO3D or similar) a strong advantage.
Fabric Technology Engineer
Own the development of new fabric constructions and finishing treatments — from material specification through mill trials to final approval. You'll be the primary contact with our supplier mills in Portugal and Taiwan, conducting regular on-site audits. Degree in textile engineering or materials science required. Experience with recycled fiber development a significant advantage.
Performance Marketing Lead
Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You'll build and manage campaigns, set up measurement frameworks, and work closely with the creative team to develop ad content that converts without compromising brand integrity. We care about sustainable CAC, not vanity metrics. Experience managing 6-figure monthly budgets in a DTC context required.
Customer Experience Specialist
Be the voice of REVAÍ for our customers across email, chat, and social DMs. You'll handle orders, returns, and fit queries — but more importantly, you'll listen to what customers are saying and feed those insights back into the product and marketing teams. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and takes pride in resolving problems quickly and with warmth.
Supply Chain Manager
Own the end-to-end supply chain from raw material sourcing to delivered order — managing supplier relationships, production scheduling, inventory planning, and inbound logistics. You'll also lead our supplier sustainability audit programme and work with Anna on decarbonisation initiatives. 5+ years in apparel supply chain required; experience with sustainability certification frameworks a strong advantage.
Brand Photographer
Shoot campaign and product imagery that looks like real people moving, not stock photos of athletes. You'll work with Sofie on creative direction for 3–4 shoots per year across Copenhagen, and occasional travel. REVAÍ imagery is natural light, unretouched, and inclusive — a strong existing portfolio of active lifestyle photography is essential. We do not work with images that have been substantially digitally altered.
What we offer
Perks worth
mentioning.
No ping-pong tables. No free kombucha. Just things that actually matter to people building careers.
Full kit allowance
€500 annual allowance to spend on REVAÍ gear, plus a 40% staff discount on all purchases. Because we make it, you should wear it.
Remote-first options
Many roles are fully remote. Copenhagen-based roles offer 2 remote days per week as standard. We care about output, not office hours.
Health & wellbeing
Comprehensive health insurance for all full-time staff, plus a monthly wellbeing budget of €80 to spend on gym, physio, mental health apps, or anything that keeps you well.
Generous leave
30 days holiday plus public holidays. 4 months fully paid parental leave for all parents. No approval required for up to 5 days sick leave per year.
Growth budget
€1,000 per year for courses, conferences, books, or any learning that makes you better at your work. No approval process — just let your manager know what you're doing.
Flat structure
No unnecessary management layers. Everyone has direct access to the founders. Decisions are made quickly and with the people most affected by them in the room.
