All REVAÍ styles are true to size, so order your usual size. If you're genuinely unsure between two sizes, email us at support@revaiactive.com and we'll advise based on your measurements before you buy. Full measurement charts are on our Fit Guide.

REVAÍ sizes run true to size. Our garments are cut for an athletic fit — close enough to perform without restricting movement. If you're unsure, check the measurement chart on our Fit Guide page before ordering.

Collection 01 runs S to XXL — a genuine XXL, not vanity-sized. We're committed to inclusive sizing and are actively working to extend the range in future collections. If your size isn't listed, get in touch and we'll let you know when it becomes available.

Sizing & Fit

They're cut differently — women's pieces have a higher rise, different shoulder taper, and longer torso-to-hip proportions. That said, many customers wear across lines. If you do, use the measurement chart rather than assuming the same size in both. Our support team is happy to advise.

Yes — M-Pesa is fully supported at checkout. We also accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and there are no hidden conversion fees when paying with a Kenyan card.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details — including size, colour, and delivery address — are correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

Returns

We don't currently accept returns — but we do accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item. Request within 7 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

Email support@revaiactive.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size or colour you want instead. We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions — you cover return shipping, and we dispatch your replacement within 2 business days of receiving the item. Care

No — please don't tumble dry any REVAÍ garments. Heat permanently damages the elastane fibres responsible for compression and stretch. Hang dry or lay flat instead. Garments dry quickly because of the moisture-wicking fabric, so this rarely causes inconvenience. See our full Care Instructions for more.

Care

Fabric softener works by coating textile fibres with a lubricating layer. In performance activewear, this coating blocks the moisture-wicking channels built into the fabric, reducing its ability to move sweat away from your body. Even one or two washes with fabric softener can cause noticeable degradation in moisture management. Use a sports-specific detergent instead.

Care

After every training session. Leaving sweat in activewear fabric causes odour compounds to bond with the fibres over time. The more promptly you wash your kit, the longer it will smell fresh and perform well. At minimum, air your kit out immediately after use if you can't wash it straight away.

Sustainability

Sustainability is something we take seriously and are actively working towards. Our current fabrics are not made from recycled materials, but sourcing responsibly is a core part of our roadmap. Full details are on our Sustainability page.

Sustainability

Orders ship in a paper mailer or paper carrier bag — no plastic mailers. Inside, each garment is bagged in recyclable polyethylene printed with recycling instructions; this protects the garment in transit from the factory and is the one plastic element we still use. Retail carrier bags are 250–300gsm paper board. We're working to replace the garment bag — details are on our Sustainability page.

Not yet — and we won't claim to be until we can back it up. We're building our sustainability practices from day one rather than retrofitting them. Reducing our environmental footprint is part of our long-term roadmap. More details are on our Sustainability page.

We encourage donating wearable REVAÍ gear to local sports programmes and community gyms when you're done with it. A formal take-back initiative is something we're working towards as we grow. If you have questions about disposal options in the meantime, get in touch.
