It depends on what you're training for. For running or HIIT, go smaller for better compression. For strength training, go larger for freedom of movement. For yoga and pilates, go true to size. Check our full Fit Guide for detailed training-type recommendations.

Our Core line runs true to size. The Performance and Pro lines use a more athletic cut — slightly slimmer through the shoulders and thighs. If you're new to REVAÍ and ordering Performance or Pro, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart on our Fit Guide page.

All REVAÍ garments are available from XS to XXL. Our XXL is a genuine XXL — we don't vanity size. We're actively working on extending our range to 3XL and 4XL and expect to launch extended sizing in Q3 2026. Join our mailing list to be notified when it's available.

Sizing & Fit

They're cut differently — women's pieces have a higher rise, different shoulder taper, and longer torso-to-hip proportions. That said, many customers wear across lines. If you do, use the measurement chart rather than assuming the same size in both. Our support team is happy to advise.

Pro (£145/piece) — Our most advanced tier. Thermal regulation, targeted ventilation panels, and proprietary REVAFLEX™ fabric technology. Designed for competitive athletes and multi-sport training.

Most core colourways are available across all sizes. Some limited-edition colourways and seasonal drops may have restricted size availability. If a size or colour you want is out of stock, you can request a restock notification directly on the product page — we typically restock within 2–3 weeks.

Custom embroidery and logo application is available for team orders of 10 or more pieces. Individual personalisation (e.g., name or number on a single garment) is not currently offered. See our Team Orders page for customisation options.

Yes to both. Gift wrapping can be added at checkout for £3.99 — we use minimal, recyclable packaging. Digital gift cards are available in denominations from £25 to £250 and are delivered instantly by email. Physical gift cards are available at select retail partners.

Delivery is free on orders over KES 20,000. For orders below KES 20,000, standard delivery costs KES 200–400 depending on your location within Kenya.

Yes. We ship to over 50 countries via our international carriers. A small number of destinations may have restrictions due to customs regulations — you'll see this at checkout if your country is affected. All international orders are fully tracked.

Returns

60 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. First-order returns are free. See our Returns Policy for the full process.

Visit revaiactive.com/returns, enter your order number and email, and select the items and reason. You'll receive a pre-paid return label (or QR code for printer-free drop-off) by email within minutes. Exchanges are dispatched as soon as your return is scanned at the carrier drop-off.

Care

No — please don't tumble dry any REVAÍ garments. Heat permanently damages the elastane fibres responsible for compression and stretch. Hang dry or lay flat instead. Garments dry quickly because of the moisture-wicking fabric, so this rarely causes inconvenience. See our full Care Instructions for more.

Care

Fabric softener works by coating textile fibres with a lubricating layer. In performance activewear, this coating blocks the moisture-wicking channels built into the fabric, reducing its ability to move sweat away from your body. Even one or two washes with fabric softener can cause noticeable degradation in moisture management. Use a sports-specific detergent instead.

Care

After every training session. Leaving sweat in activewear fabric — even in antimicrobial pieces — causes odour compounds to bond with the fibres over time. The more promptly you wash your kit, the longer it will smell fresh and perform well. At minimum, air your kit out immediately after use if you can't wash it straight away.

Sustainability

Sustainability is something we take seriously and are actively working towards. Our current fabrics are not made from recycled materials, but sourcing responsibly is a core part of our roadmap. Full details are on our Sustainability page.

Our outer shipping boxes are 100% recycled cardboard and fully recyclable. The inner garment bag is made from 100% recycled paper. We eliminated single-use poly bags from our packaging in 2024. The only exception is the resealable bag used in some Pro-tier items for transit protection — we're actively working on a paper alternative.

We offset 100% of our direct shipping emissions through verified carbon removal projects. We're working towards full Scope 3 emissions transparency and published our first supply chain emissions report in 2025. Our target is net-zero across all operations by 2030. We believe in transparency over greenwashing — if you want the details, our full sustainability report is available on request.

We run a take-back programme for worn REVAÍ garments. Send any REVAÍ piece back to us (postage paid label available on request) and we'll ensure it's either recycled through our textile recycling partner or repurposed. Items in wearable condition are donated to community sports programmes. We're building a closed-loop system — your old kit helps make new ones.
