If it doesn't perform, we make it right. Every REVAÍ piece is backed by our performance guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase — because we're confident in what we make.
What's Covered
Any failure that affects the performance of your garment within 30 days of purchase is covered — no receipt needed, no lengthy claims process. The item must not have been washed to be eligible.
Seam Failure
Any seam that separates, frays, or fails during normal training within 30 days of purchase. This includes flatlock seams, bonded seams, and stress seams at the crotch and underarm.
Compression Degradation
If your compression tights, shorts, or base layers lose noticeable elasticity and no longer provide the intended muscle support — even after correct washing and drying.
Fabric Breakdown
Pilling, thinning, or structural breakdown of the main fabric body that cannot be attributed to incorrect care or physical abrasion damage.
Zipper Failure
Any zipper that splits, jams, or becomes non-functional under normal use within 30 days of purchase. Covers all zipped pockets, half-zips, and full-zip jackets.
What's Not Covered
We're fair about this. The guarantee covers manufacturing and material failures — not general wear, misuse, or the natural ageing of any garment.
Accidental damage
Cuts, tears, burns, or abrasion damage caused by contact with sharp surfaces, rough terrain, or equipment.
Wrong size selection
Seam stress caused by wearing a size too small for your body is not covered. Please use our fit guide before ordering.
Normal colour fade
Gradual lightening of colours over many washes is a normal property of all dyed textiles and is not covered. Significant, rapid fading within 30 days of purchase is covered.
Washed items
Items that have been washed are not eligible for the performance guarantee. To make a claim, the item must be unwashed. If you have already washed the item, it falls outside the guarantee terms.
Care label non-compliance
Damage resulting from tumble drying, hot washing, bleaching, or other care that contravenes our guidelines is not covered.
Claims after 30 days
The guarantee period is 30 days from date of purchase. Claims submitted after 30 days will be assessed case by case at our discretion.

Photograph the issue
Take clear photos of the defect from two angles — one showing the whole garment and one close-up of the problem area. Good photos speed up the review significantly.
Contact our team
Email support@revaiactive.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of when the issue occurred. You can also submit via the contact form on this site.
Receive your replacement
We'll review your claim and dispatch a replacement within 48 hours of approval — no need to return the faulty item in most cases. If a refund is preferred, we'll process that instead.

Guarantee FAQs
Yes. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee applies to all REVAÍ products regardless of the price paid, including sale items, bundle deals, and items purchased with a discount code. The item must not have been washed to be eligible.
In most cases, no. Clear photographs of the fault are sufficient for us to process a claim. In rare cases where the nature of the fault is unclear from photos, we may ask you to return the item — in which case we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Yes. When submitting your claim, simply state your preference. We'll process a full refund to your original payment method instead of dispatching a replacement. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of claim approval.
If a replacement garment experiences the same failure, contact us again. Repeated failures suggest a manufacturing batch issue and we take these seriously. We'll replace again and escalate to our quality team, and we may offer a permanent upgrade to a higher product tier at no cost.
Yes. Team orders are covered by the same 30-Day Performance Guarantee. Claims for team orders should be submitted by the account holder and can cover multiple garments in a single claim for efficiency.
