These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REVAÍ website at revaiactive.com and your purchase of products from REVAÍ ("REVAÍ", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Kenya. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered customers by email.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour may occur between on-screen representations and physical products due to display calibration differences.

Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and if an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched, by contacting support@revaiactive.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Returns Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Our full Returns Policy is available at shipping-returns.html. Your statutory rights under the Kenya Consumer Protection Act are in addition to, and not limited by, our extended policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24 hours of us receiving the return. We are not liable for return parcels lost in transit — we recommend using a tracked service. The 60-Day Performance Guarantee is separate from the returns policy and is detailed at performance-guarantee.html.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and the REVAÍ brand identity — is the intellectual property of REVAÍ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from REVAÍ. You may share links to our pages and use our content for personal, non-commercial reference. Wholesale reproduction or use in competing commercial contexts is strictly prohibited.

The REVAÍ name and logo are trademarks of REVAÍ. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REVAÍ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We do not warrant that our website will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We accept no liability for any loss resulting from website downtime or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
