The Technology

Built to the world's standard.
Engineered to be felt.

Fourteen fabrics engineered across thirteen garments, tested to international standards — a tier of activewear arriving in Kenya for the first time. Lighter, cooler, held in the right places: you'll feel the difference the moment you put it on.

01 — Fabric System

Fourteen fabrics.
Thirteen garments.

There is no house fabric stretched across a range here. Every piece gets the material its job demands — from a featherweight 120gsm tee to the dense 270gsm body that gives the high-impact bra its hold. That bra alone carries three fabrics, each doing different work.

The performance knits stretch four ways and snap back — a quarter of the legging knit is pure elastane — because your body doesn't follow a grid.

02 — Breathability

One degree south
of the equator

This collection was specified in Nairobi and sampled for the heat. Fabric after fabric was rejected for running hot or heavy — some pieces went three materials deep before one earned its place.

Then we made it measurable. Every fabric faced a laboratory airflow test (ASTM D737) against the breathability bar we set for training in the heat — and nothing went to production until it was signed off.

03 — Quality Testing

International standards.
Zero shortcuts.

Quality isn't a feeling — it's a written specification. Every fabric in the collection is put through multiple international standard tests — for how it washes, wears, stretches, and holds its colour.

And every durability test runs on pre-washed fabric, never factory-fresh — the collection is built to keep its stretch, shape, and colour through many washes. The twentieth wear should feel like the first.

04 — Construction

Engineered on paper.
Built at the top tier.

Before it exists as clothing, every REVAÍ garment exists as an engineering document — pattern, seams, trims, and tolerances specified, then sampled round after round and corrected to the centimetre until the garment matches the maths.

Then it's built where the world's leading activewear brands build — the same manufacturing tier, the same construction discipline, arriving here for the first time. Flatlock seams lie flat against the skin: nothing to ridge, nothing to chafe.

05 — Contour Construction

Sculpt, without
the scrunch.

We didn't follow a trend. We filled a gap. Premium sculpt-fit leggings have run on one idea — the scrunch seam. We built the alternative: compression that supports, lift that's cut into the pattern, a silhouette that holds.

A waistband contoured to define, not compress, stays put through squats and sprints. Below it, graduated compression holds the line while a pattern-cut panel lifts at the top of the glute. The shape you see is the shape you already have, brought forward.

06 — Fit Engineering

Sized from the garment,
not from a guess

Most size charts are marketing documents. Ours is an engineering one — every measurement taken from the finished garments themselves, with each fabric's stretch factored in, so a compression knit is sized to hold, not to hope.

Five sizes, one promise: the ease that fits an S is the ease that fits an XXL. And the flared legging is cut in two lengths — because three inches of inseam is the difference between almost-right and right.

Everything on this page is in the garments — the fabric, the standards, the construction. Nothing is held back for a higher tier. Put it on. You'll know.
