The Technology
Engineered from
the ground up.
We don't chase trends. We build from the fabric out — choosing materials and construction methods that solve real problems for real movement. Every detail has a reason.

01 — Fabric System
Four-Way
Stretch
Most activewear stretches in two directions. Ours moves in four — horizontally, vertically, and diagonally — because your body doesn't follow a grid. Whether you're dropping into a squat, reaching overhead, or twisting through a sprint, the fabric moves with you rather than against you.
We achieve this through a proprietary weave structure that interlinks elastane fibers at multiple axis points rather than embedding them in parallel. The result is stretch that feels unrestricted in every direction while snapping back to its original shape thousands of washes later.
The elasticity rating is tested to 150% extension with less than 3% permanent deformation after 10,000 stretch cycles — meaning your gear still fits like day one after years of hard use.
02 — Temperature Management
Thermal
Regulation
Your body generates heat unevenly. Your activewear should respond to that. REVAÍ garments use a zone-mapped construction that places moisture-wicking, open-weave panels exactly where your body runs hottest — underarms, upper back, inner thighs — while keeping denser, wind-resistant fabric over your core.
The outer face of the fabric is treated with a hydrophobic finish that pushes moisture away from the skin surface, while the inner face is brushed to maintain a slight thermal layer in cooler conditions. The result is a garment that adapts rather than just evacuates heat.
Lab-tested across a temperature range of -5°C to 35°C, thermal regulation reduces perceived exertion temperature by an average of 1.8°C compared to unzoned activewear — a small number that makes a meaningful difference in performance and comfort.
03 — Compression Engineering
Graduated
Compression
Not all compression is useful compression. Uniform tightness can restrict circulation and increase fatigue. Graduated compression applies targeted pressure that's highest at the extremities and reduces progressively toward the core — working with your circulatory system to push blood back toward the heart, reduce muscle vibration, and speed recovery.
Our compression tights and sleeves are constructed with variable yarn density zones — tighter weaves at the ankle and calf, opening up progressively toward the hip. This is achieved without seams or panels, maintaining a smooth silhouette while delivering medically informed pressure gradients.
Compression levels range from 15–20 mmHg (light, everyday support) in our Core tier to 20–30 mmHg (performance support) in our Pro line — ranges clinically associated with improved endurance and reduced delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
04 — Construction
Flatlock Seam
Construction
Standard seam construction stacks fabric layers on top of each other, creating a ridge that chafes under repetitive movement. Flatlock seaming lays the seam flat against the skin — joining panels edge-to-edge so the transition between them is almost imperceptible. Over a two-hour run, that difference matters enormously.
We use a 5-thread flatlock on all high-contact zones — inner thigh, underarm, shoulder — and a reinforced 8-thread flatlock on waistbands and hems that bear repeated tension. The thread itself is a bonded polyester with 30% more tensile strength than standard activewear thread, meaning seams stay flat and intact under years of washing and wear.
For select Pro tier garments, we further eliminate seams in the highest-friction zones entirely, using bonded tape construction — a thin, flexible adhesive laminate that joins panels without thread. The result is a surface with zero raised profile against skin.
05 — Sun Protection
UV
Protection
Training outdoors exposes your skin to cumulative UV damage that standard activewear does nothing to prevent. REVAÍ integrates UPF 50+ sun protection directly into the fabric construction — not as a chemical wash that degrades, but through tight weave geometry and UV-absorbing fiber blends that physically block ultraviolet radiation.
UPF 50+ blocks more than 98% of both UVA and UVB rays — the equivalent of wearing factor 50 sunscreen across your covered skin. This matters especially for high-output outdoor activities like running, padel, and golf, where re-application of sunscreen mid-session is impractical and sweating accelerates SPF breakdown.
UV protection is built into all REVAÍ pieces intended for outdoor use and remains effective for the life of the garment — tested to retain greater than 97% of its UPF rating after 60 wash cycles. The fabric feels no different. The protection is structural, not chemical.
06 — Contour Construction
Engineered around
the shape you already have.
We didn't follow a trend. We filled a gap. Sculpt-fit leggings in the premium tier have been dominated by scrunch-seam construction — one design idea repeated for a decade. We built the alternative: a legging engineered around three principles working together. Compression that supports. Lift that comes from pattern cut, not gimmick. A silhouette that holds.
A waistband contoured to define, not compress. The cut sits along the natural waistline and tapers up at the centre back, gently shaping the line where the waist meets the spine. The waistband stays in place through squats, runs and stretches — no rolling, no digging, no need to readjust mid-set. The shape it gives you is structural, not surface.
Below the waistband, a four-way stretch panel applies graduated compression across the thigh and core, easing across the glute so the silhouette is held without being flattened. The defining detail sits at the top of the glute: a contoured panel engineered to lift the line where it matters most — not through a seam stunt, but through pattern cut. The shape you see is the shape your body already has, brought forward.
