Shipping & Returns

Free delivery on orders over KES 20,000

We've previously sold in the UK and are working on enabling shipping to the UK and Dubai. We'll announce when this is live. If you're based outside Kenya and want to order, email us at support@revaiactive.com and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

We want to be upfront with you.

We don't currently accept returns.

As a new brand, we're not yet in a position to process returns. We've made this decision carefully — and we offset it by making sure our product descriptions are accurate, our sizing is true to size, and every product page includes clear fit guidance.

If you're ever unsure about sizing before ordering, email us at support@revaiactive.com — we're happy to help you pick the right size before you buy.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges — with a few conditions.

Same item only

Exchanges are for a different size or colour of the same item only. We cannot exchange for a different product.

Request within 7 days

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Email support@revaiactive.com with your order number.

You cover return shipping

You're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch your replacement within 2 business days.

Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. We cannot process exchanges for worn or washed garments.

Special cases

Sale Items

Non-refundable & non-exchangeable

All sale purchases are final. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please check sizing carefully before ordering a sale item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Report within 2 days of delivery

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email support@revaiactive.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Claims made after 2 days of delivery cannot be processed.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Quick answers

Email support@revaiactive.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, which item you'd like to exchange, and the size or colour you want instead. We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details — including size, colour, and delivery address — are correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

All REVAÍ pieces are true to size — order your normal size. There is no need to size up or down. You can also find detailed measurement charts on the Fit Guide page, or email us before ordering and we'll advise.
